Lerato Nonyane

Lerato Nonyane is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Country HR Head for People & Culture at ACWA Power, Nonyane has previously held notable positions such as Group Human Resources Director at BTE Renewables and Senior People and Business Partner at Enel Green Power, where responsibilities included employee relations and diversity management. Nonyane's experience also encompasses a role as Group Human Resources Manager in the mining industry and as a Human Resources Manager Generalist for Aveng Shafts & Underground at Bakubung Platinum Mine. Nonyane holds a Management Development degree specializing in BBBEE and Economic Development from the University of the Witwatersrand and a degree in Business Psychology and Human Behavior from the University of South Africa.
