Phil Boustead

Phil Boustead has extensive work experience in the engineering sector. Phil is currently serving as the Director - Hydrogen/Green Gas Engineering at ACWA Power since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at PEG Engineering and Contracting DMCC from November 2018 to September 2021. From November 2012 to October 2018, they held the position of Engineering Manager at Weatherford. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Chief Process Engineer at Global Process Systems from June 2007 to October 2012, and as a Senior Process Engineer at TGE Gas Engineering GmbH from January 2004 to June 2007. Phil started their career as a Process Engineer at Tractebel Engineering, where they worked from 1998 to 2003.

Phil Boustead attended Crompton House School from 1987 to 1994, but did not obtain a degree. Phil then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, completing their degree from 1994 to 1998.
