Philippe Schmitt

Philippe Schmitt has a diverse work experience in various companies. Philippe worked at ACWA Power as the Head of Transformation Office and PMO, where they collaborated with teams to improve organizational structure, processes, and digital tooling. At AXA, they held multiple roles including Head of IT in Group Finance, Audit, and Procurement, where they managed a portfolio of IT and business projects and spearheaded digitalization efforts. Philippe also served as PMO/Transformation Program Manager at AXA Gulf, overseeing a successful transformation program across the Middle East and Africa region. Additionally, they worked at AXA as an Account Program Manager and a Program Test Manager/Digital Project Manager, managing various projects and ensuring efficient testing. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Altran France, where they managed QA projects and implemented quality control and testing processes. Philippe has experience in transformation management, program management, digitalization, and quality control.

Philippe Schmitt completed their education at INSEEC, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources and Services. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Administration and General Business Management at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC). In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications, including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, ACWA Power Leadership Development Programme, Management and Leadership (Level 5), ISTQB - ADVANCED TEST MANAGER, ISTQB Level Foundation, and Certified ScrumMaster.
