Dennis Peacock

Dennis Peacock has extensive experience in Unix systems engineering and administration, currently serving as a Unix Systems Engineer/Architect at Acxiom since November 1999. In this role, Dennis specializes in multiple Unix operating systems, including Tru64, HP-UX, AIX, Solaris, and Linux, and focuses on data protection and disaster recovery utilizing tools such as Syncsort Backup Express, Veritas Netbackup, and Legato Networker. Before joining Acxiom, Dennis worked as a Unix Systems Administrator at NCCIM from June 1985 to October 1999, contributing to significant defense projects, including the Forward Area Air Defense and PATRIOT missile systems, specifically within the Corporate Information Center for Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. Dennis holds an education from Calhoun Community College.
