Francia Groman

Francia Groman is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in wellness, language services, and the arts. As the founder of Ahimsa Wellness Yoga since November 2018, Francia has been dedicated to promoting well-being through yoga. Francia has extensive experience as an interpreter and translator, providing services in English, Spanish, and French across various mediums, including medical settings at Frederick Regional Health System as a Spanish Interpreter, and community interpretation with Ad Astra, Inc. Moreover, Francia is an accomplished mural artist, creating vibrant artwork for children's spaces, and a self-employed actress and commercial print model, with a career that spans over two decades. Francia’s teaching experience includes yoga instruction at Anytime Fitness and previously at Bikram Yoga Rockville, showcasing a commitment to health and fitness. Volunteer work includes assisting children and families in developing communities with Sayariy-Resurgiendo.
