Allison Laske began their career as a Learning Specialist at Western New England University in 2008, working to support at-risk students and supervise the Life Skills Study Coach program. Allison then moved on to the College of the Holy Cross in 2009 as an Assistant Director of Academic Services, organizing a summer-bridge program for first-year students. In 2011, they joined the University at Buffalo as a Learning Specialist, overseeing academic standards for student-athletes. Allison then transitioned to Campus Labs in 2014, where they worked as a Consultant in the Campus Success department, providing training and support to member campuses. Allison later advanced to the position of Assistant Director, Campus Solutions, partnering with campuses to implement online student success solutions. Their career continued to progress, leading their to roles at Anthology Inc and Honorlock before becoming the Regional Vice President of Sales at Ad Astra in 2023. Throughout their journey, Allison gained extensive experience in student support, academic services, and sales leadership.

Allison Laske holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and International Business, from the University at Buffalo, earned between 2000 and 2005. Allison then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Higher Post Secondary Education from Syracuse University, completed from 2006 to 2008. In 2021, Allison obtained various certifications including Sales Negotiation Skills, Micro-Commitments Workshop, Prospecting Sequences Workshop, Sales Negotiation Rules, Telephone Prospecting Mastery, and Fanatical Prospecting Bootcamp from Sales Gravy | The Sales Acceleration Company.
