Erika Caudillo

Erika Caudillo has extensive work experience in quality engineering, escalation engineering, and management roles. Erika started their career at Birch Telecom in complex order management and later moved to Sprint PCS, where they worked in product readiness, testing, and customer acquisition management. Most recently, they held various roles at Ad Astra, including Director of Quality Engineering and Escalation Engineering, Manager of Quality Engineering, and Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Erika Caudillo has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. Erika also has completed a Management Series program at Johnson County Community College.
