Elise James-Decruise

Elise James-DeCruise is the Chief Equity Officer at Ad Council, where Elise was hired to establish and shape the DE&I department. Elise is also the Co-Founder/Advisor at Dandi, a platform that transforms how HR and DEI teams use data. Elise has a background in diversity, inclusion, and multicultural marketing, having held positions at MediaMath and Macy's. Elise has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, as well as certifications in Inclusive Leadership. Currently, Elise is pursuing a Master of Science in Instructional Leadership at Robert Morris University.
