Advocate Lily 'Maneo Makoetlane CSC is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in pension fund governance, sexual health education, and corporate law. Currently serving as an Independent Pension Fund Legal Advisor at Ad Hoc since September 2023, Lily ensures compliance with relevant pension fund laws. Additionally, as the Director and Sexologist at the Sexual Health & Wellness Center, Lily facilitates comprehensive sexuality education and support groups while managing corporate wellness programs. Previous legal roles include Legal Adviser at Beautiful Dream Society and Love Justice International, along with a tenure as Senior Legal Officer at the Ministry of Health and Social Development. Lily has a diverse educational background, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Pension Funds Law from the National University of Lesotho and various certificates in compliance and sexology. With experience as a Magistrate in the Lesotho Judiciary, Lily has developed strong skills in contract negotiation and legal advisory within both corporate and regulatory frameworks.
