Mike Kruithof

Mike Kruithof has extensive experience in management and client relations within various sectors. Currently serving as Regiomanager at Ad Hoc since October 2016, Mike leads the Rotterdam regional office and oversees a team of approximately eight full-time employees, focusing on achieving branch objectives. Previously, Mike held the role of Accountmanager at Ad Hoc, specializing in the management of vacant properties since 1990. Prior to this, from May 2013 to September 2016, Mike was the (Account)Manager at SWK-Kinderopvang / Triodus, where responsibilities included sales of after-school care solutions to schools and strategic policy development. Mike's earlier experience includes advising private clients at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and managing large-scale staffing projects in the hospitality sector with Verwiel en Wijngaard. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerciële Economie from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has prior educational qualifications from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and St. Laurens College.
