Kirk Chang

Kirk Chang has held various positions in the technology industry since 1995. Kirk began their career at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs as a Member of Tech Staff in 1995. In 2000, they moved to Coree Networks as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2001, they joined Innovance Networks as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2003, they became a Senior Professional Staff Member at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. From 2004 to 2017, they worked at Applied Research, Telcordia Technologies, first as a Director and then as a Senior Scientist. Kirk currently serves as the Chief Technologist at Ad hoc Research.

Kirk Chang has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
