Poleksena Jankulovska has extensive experience in marketing and management roles. Poleksena has worked as a Regional Marketing Manager at AD IMLEK since 2020, where they are responsible for leading regional marketing efforts in North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and providing support in Croatia and Kosovo. Prior to that, they worked at Bimilk from 2010. At Bimilk, they held the role of Marketing Manager, where they developed and maintained marketing strategies, evaluated market conditions, and oversaw all marketing activities. Poleksena also served as a Trade Marketing Coordinator, where they participated in promotional material design, maintained contacts with key accounts, and developed and executed trade marketing strategies.
Poleksena Jankulovska completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and E-business at Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje from 2005 to 2009. Poleksena then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Executive MBA and Marketing Management at The University of Sheffield from 2013 to 2016.
