Kristen O'Connor

Kristen O'Connor is an experienced professional in customer success and sports management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartly since April 2024, after holding various roles within the company including Customer Success Manager. Previously, Kristen worked at C-4 Analytics, LLC as an Account Manager and Account Coordinator, focusing on customer satisfaction and communication between clients and product teams. Kristen has also contributed to youth development and program management as the Youth Program Director at Beverly Athletic Club, as well as coaching soccer at Beverly High School. Other notable positions include Sports Marketing Assistant at Bryant University and various roles at local clubs and organizations, showcasing a solid foundation in leadership, customer relations, and sports marketing. Kristen is pursuing a Master's Degree in Sports Administration and Marketing from Endicott College.
