Francesco Cognata

Francesco Cognata has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Francesco started their career at MAIOR in 1995 as a Responsabile Avviamento until 1997. From 1998 to 2005, they worked as a Manager at Intelligent Advisor (INAD). In 2002, they joined Altran as a Senior Manager until 2005. Cognata then became the Director General at Ad Maiorem Consulting in 2006, where they were responsible for plan and sales strategy development, drafting privacy policies, structuring the commercial department, and overall control and management. Francesco later became the CEO of Ad Maiorem Consulting in October 2019.

Francesco Cognata has a Master's degree in Coaching & Leadership from EUDE Business School, which was obtained from 2018 to 2019. Francesco also holds an MBA in Business Administration from IMA, obtained from 1999 to 2000. Furthermore, they have a master's degree in Computer Science from Università di Pisa, which they earned from 1987 to 1993.
