Karen Platt has extensive experience in sales and solution consulting, currently serving as a Sales Specialist and Enablement Manager at Quadient since February 2020. In this role, Karen provides sales support and leadership, focusing on coaching and developing skills for sales executives. Previously, as an Independent Solutions Consultant from January 2018 to February 2020, Karen worked with enterprise businesses to strategize and implement Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. Prior to this, Karen held several positions at Pitney Bowes from August 2005 to December 2017, including Sales Manager Account Executive, Senior Product Manager for the EngageOne Portfolio, and Principal Project Manager/Program Manager, where responsibilities included account management, product development, and software implementation for Fortune 500 companies. Education was obtained from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
