Erika Miscio Lawney, MBA, is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in promotional marketing and coaching. As the Founder and President of Ad Venture Promotions, Inc., established twice, Erika has successfully built a multimillion-dollar promotional marketing company, emphasizing creativity and client satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Vendor Relations and Director of Vendor Relations at Shortlister, where Erika enhanced vendor relationships for comprehensive HR solutions. Additionally, as an Executive Coach at SEVEN FIGURE FEMALE, LLC, Erika developed tailored coaching programs for senior executives and entrepreneurs.
