Additionally, as an Executive Coach at SEVEN FIGURE FEMALE, LLC, Erika developed tailored coaching programs for senior executives and entrepreneurs. Erika holds a BS in Languages from Georgetown University, an MBA in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and a Core Strengths Coaching Skills Certificate from San Francisco State University.
