Michelle Silva is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management roles. Currently serving as General Manager and formerly as Assistant General Manager at AD1 Global since December 2021, Michelle has held multiple leadership positions including Director of Operations at Driftwood Hospitality Management and Director of Rooms at Impulsive Group. Previous roles also include Assistant General Manager and Front Office Manager at various esteemed hotel management companies, showcasing a robust career beginning as a Sales Promoter at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/Image Management from ESURP, earned between 2004 and 2007.
