In her previous role with Citibank as Senior HR Advisor & Head of HR Compliance, she was pivotal in developing HR policies and HR Risk, Control & Compliance processes. At British American Tobacco, she had led a talent acquisition team with the task of targeted hiring based on the organization’s growth trajectory.
