Robert Kaysen

Robert Kaysen has extensive work experience in user experience research and service design. Robert currently holds the position of Team Lead User Experience Research at Ada Health, where they oversee a team and conducts user research. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Ada Health and as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Zettle by PayPal. Robert also has experience in insights and strategy as a Service Designer at Designit, where they collaborated with international clients to design future product and service experiences. Before their transition into the field of user experience, Robert worked as a User Researcher at Coloplast, where they conducted qualitative studies, disseminated user insights, and played a role in designing user experiences for healthcare products and services. Robert has also served as a Conscript in the German Airforce and completed an internship at Design3 GmbH.

Robert Kaysen attended The Glasgow School of Art from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Design with Honours in Product Design. In 2013, they also briefly studied Industrial Design and Communication Design at Pratt Institute.
