Josef Jirout

Josef Jirout's work experience includes positions at ADA Cosmetics and MSSL Advanced Polymers s.r.o. At ADA Cosmetics, they worked as the Head of Engineering and Maintenance starting in June 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of QM/QA/QC and Acting Head of the Technical Department from January 2021 to June 2022. Josef also held the role of Quality Manager from May 2019 to June 2022.

At MSSL Advanced Polymers s.r.o., Josef worked as the Vedoucí zákaznické a dodavatelské kvality from April 2018 to June 2022. In this role, they led the quality engineers, communicated with customers and suppliers, and collaborated with other departments to reduce waste and complaints. Prior to that, they held positions as Senior Quality Engineer from January 2015 to March 2018 and Quality Engineer from November 2008 to December 2014. Josef also briefly worked as a Cyklický kontrolor from August 2008 to October 2008. In these roles, Josef was responsible for quality engineering, including sampling products, creating documentation, collaborating with project teams, and implementing projects into serial production.

Josef Jirout obtained their Diploma of Specialization (DiS.) in Quality and Metrology from SPSS a VOS Chrudim, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they attended SPSŠ a VOŠ Chrudim where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
