David Rader

David Rader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and quality control within the construction and engineering sectors. Since March 2016, David has served as Project Manager at Ada County Highway District (ACHD) while concurrently holding the position of Sr. Lab Technician at Ada County Highway Department since January 2014, where responsibilities include quality control materials testing, technical supervision, and administrative duties. David has also contributed as a Ski Instructor at Bogus Basin Ski Resort since November 2002. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Knife River Construction and McAlvain Group of Companies, as well as Inspector at Materials Testing and Inspection. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Boise State University, completed in 2007.
