Joe Shoen

Joe Shoen currently serves as Fleet Manager at Ada County Highway District (ACHD) since March 2022. Prior to this, Joe accumulated significant experience at Western States Equipment from September 2012 to March 2022, where roles included Connected Assets Specialist, EMS Manager, and overseeing the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics Ax alongside operational and process development. Joe's technical background is supported by an Associate's degree in Construction/Heavy Equipment/Earthmoving Equipment Operation from the College of Western Idaho (2010-2012) and a CESP certification in Equipment and Fleet Management from the Association of Equipment Management, obtained in March 2017.
