Joshua Saak

Joshua Saak is a seasoned traffic engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Traffic Engineering Supervisor at Ada County Highway District since August 2021, Joshua previously held roles such as Traffic Engineer and Traffic Design Engineer at the same organization. Earlier positions include Senior Traffic Engineer at Burgess & Niple and Senior Engineer/Project Manager at the City of Charlotte. Joshua's expertise encompasses traffic simulation using Synchro and VISSIM, as well as roadway geometric design, traffic impact studies, and corridor studies, gained during tenure as Project Engineer at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. Joshua holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
