Lloyd Carnegie

Lloyd Carnegie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in road maintenance and contract management. Currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance at Ada County Highway District since February 2018, Lloyd previously held the position of Manager of Road Maintenance at Parkland County from October 2016 to January 2018, overseeing operations and strategic planning for road maintenance services. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the City of Edmonton, where Lloyd worked as General Supervisor for Contracts & Materials and as an Engineer Technologist, focusing on project management, contract administration, and compliance with industry standards. Lloyd holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a graduate of Spruce Grove Composite High School.
