Jia Peng Chua

Jia Peng Chua is a Professional Services Consultant at Ada since December 2021, previously serving as Lead, Project at KeyReply from May 2018 to December 2021, overseeing regional AI projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Responsibilities included designing automation workflows, training machine learning models, and collaborating with clients to enhance bot performance. While in Customer Success at KeyReply, Jia Peng managed key accounts in the healthcare and insurance sectors, consistently exceeding sales targets and spearheading AI projects in Singapore. Additionally, prior experience includes an internship in Equity Capital Markets at SAC Capital Private Limited in 2017. Jia Peng holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Toronto.
