Megan Richards, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Finance at Ada since April 2023. Prior roles include FP&A Manager at the same organization and Strategic Finance Lead at PartnerStack from February 2022 to April 2023. Additionally, Megan contributed as a Mentor for the Strategic Finance Sprint at The Commons from June 2022 to March 2024 and held the position of Manager of FP&A & Strategic Finance at Kira Systems, which was acquired by Litera Microsystems. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ritual.co as a Financial Analyst and at Mercer Capital as a Senior Financial Analyst.
