William Mora

William Mora is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Ada since September 2022, William previously held various roles at Zendesk from May 2019 to September 2022, including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Team Lead. Prior to that, technical expertise was demonstrated at Smooch.io as Technical Lead and Software Developer, as well as at Walking Thumbs as Senior Software Developer. William's career began at Mercado Libre, where responsibilities included leading a mobile development team and serving as Project Lead, and at Consis International as Research and Development Lead. William also worked as a Business and Systems Analyst at E-Calix, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida International University and an A.A. in Computer Engineering from Broward College.
