Fiona Smith

Fiona Smith is a seasoned non-profit consultant and strategist with extensive experience in organizational development, fund development, and program design. Currently serving as a Non-Profit Consultant & Strategist at NW Grants & Consulting since 2019, Fiona also holds roles as Chief Strategist for Dress for Success Oregon and Ada Developers Academy, where responsibilities include executive advising, hiring, and grant writing. Fiona's artistic endeavors span photography, creative direction, and music production, along with a large-scale photography project focused on transgender, genderqueer, and non-binary experiences. Prior to current positions, Fiona was the Executive Director of Northwest Education Access and managed artists as Creative Director for Anomie Belle, while also contributing to various non-profit organizations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Malta and graduate studies in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
