Lauren Austin

Lauren Austin has worked for five companies since 2019. Lauren began their career at Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery as a Baker, where they were responsible for baking, delivery driving, customer service, and being a team player. In 2020, they moved to Savers | Value Village as a Sales Associate, where they provided customer service, merchandising inventory, and a seamless check out experience. Lauren received four store awards for providing excellent customer service by attaining five star customer feedback within the first two months of employment. Later that year, they joined Louis Vuitton as a Client Advisor, where they converted four clients into 10k status by arranging appointments, displaying products based on clients interest and purchase history to complete a single transaction of over $10,000. Lauren also exceeded sales being highest achieving client advisor in accessories having over $30,000 in sales from combining clients interest with product knowledge. In 2022, they began working with Backflip as an Ecommerce Intern and Clothing Consultant Manager. Lauren is currently employed at Ada Diamonds Inc. as a Sales and Operations Associate.

Lauren Austin attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2019 to 2022, where they earned a degree in Textiles and Apparels from the College of Natural Sciences.
