Wanda West has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab since June 2018. In this role, Wanda is responsible for the disbursement of bi-weekly payroll, managing vendor relations with ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy. Prior experience includes managing payroll for Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights from February 2013 to January 2018, where Wanda processed multi-state payroll for 1,700 employees. Wanda holds a degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
