Leyla Isgandarova

Leyla Isgandarova is an experienced procurement and assets manager currently employed at ADA University since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing public procurement processes. Prior to this role, Leyla held various positions, including Outsource Manager at ZTE from June 2011 to June 2016, where duties involved subcontractor prequalification, tender management, and negotiations related to procurement. Additional experience includes serving as a Buyer at Westech, and as Supply Chain Manager and Assistant Head of Country Officer at Acción contra el Hambre. Leyla's career began as a volunteer at the Association of Young Azerbaijan Friends of Europe and included a brief tenure as an English Teacher at Sabba 97. Leyla holds an MBA in Operation and Production Management from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Caucasus Study from Baku State University.
