Alicia Grimes

Alicia Grimes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture design, service design, and strategic consultancy. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Culture Designer at The Future Kind, Alicia focuses on fostering kinder, fairer workplaces. Alicia is also a Board Observer at Hatch Enterprise UK, supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs, and a Startup Mentor at Ada Ventures. Additional roles include Growth Coach at Tech South West, Programme Partner and Startup Mentor at Unrest, and previous consulting work that spans various startups and corporates. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the University of Brighton and has further enhanced skills through education at the Executive School of This is Service Design Doing and The University of Auckland.
