At Saltzer Health, an Intermountain Healthcare company, Rhea was the Administrator from 2018 to April 2024, focusing on operational performance and the design/build of multiple facilities. Rhea's extensive experience at St. Luke's Health System spanned two decades, with various leadership roles including Senior Director of Network Operations and Physician Services, emphasizing strategy development, compliance, and operational efficiency. Earlier in the career, Rhea worked at R. Paul Kelson, DDS, MS, PA, contributing to new practice development and management functions.
