Jalen Parrish

Jalen Parrish serves as the Sr. Manager of Label & Product Management at ADA Worldwide since October 2023 and has been a Talent Manager at Away Team, LLC since February 2018. Prior to these roles, Jalen held multiple positions at DICE from July 2018 to October 2023, including Artist Partnerships Manager, Artist Development Account Manager, and Music Account Manager, focusing on building artist relations and managing partnerships. Jalen also gained experience as an A&R Intern at Atlantic Records in 2016, supporting A&R tasks and scouting new talent. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Biola University.
