Anna Lena Sperfeld

Anna Lena Sperfeld is currently serving as a Change & Transformation Manager for IT Projects at ADAC since September 2025. Prior to this role, Anna Lena worked at The Nunatak Group from April 2016 to September 2025, where positions included Project Manager in Digital Strategy and Senior Consultant, supporting clients with digital transformation strategies. Earlier experience includes internships in process management at BMW Group and digital strategy consulting at The Nunatak Group. Anna Lena holds a Master of Science in Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Technology MBA from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the same institution. Additional educational experiences include study programs at Sciences Po and high school exchanges.
