Michael McConnell

Mr. Michael McConnell was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in May 2017 and as Chairman of the Board on 1 April 2019. An experienced Director and private investor, Michael is currently a Non-executive Director of Spark Networks Inc. and Guidance Software Inc. Previously, Mr. McConnell held the position of Managing Director at Shamrock Capital Advisors and has served on numerous public and private companies’ boards in the United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and Ireland. Michael brings a wealth of experience across many industries, including media, entertainment, enterprise software, radio broadcasting, cable distribution, basic materials, chemicals, e-commerce, and consumer products.
