Alexander Radaev

Alexander Radaev worked as a Data Analyst/Data Engineer at AdAdapted since October 2018. Prior to that, they were a Data Analyst at the University of San Diego School of Business from October 2017 to July 2018. Radaev is also a co-founder of Dance First, one of the largest Moscow chain of dance studios, where they managed day-to-day operations and customer interactions in 4 branches and implemented a cloud-based CRM system. Before that, they worked at KPMG Moscow as an Engagement Manager specializing in operating models and business processes optimization. Alexander started as a part-time intern and was promoted to Manager in just 4 years, advising companies in various areas such as shared services development, finance function optimization, cost optimization, and project management methodology development.
