In 2013, Yarrow M. began working at Adafruit Industries, where they held the roles of Sustainability, Legal, and Policy Manager, Policy and Legal Research Analyst, Director of Employee Resources, Compliance, and Legal, Employee Resources and Accounting Lead, and Blog Contributor and manufacture/kitting associate. In 2017, Yarrow M. became a Climate Policy Lobbyist at Citizens'\u200b Climate Lobby.
