Catharina Svenningstorp has over 25 years of work experience in various analytics and data-related roles. Catharina started their career at Karolinska Institutet as a Statistician, where they conducted statistical analyses for a cancer research department. Catharina then joined SAS Institute and worked as a Trainee, gaining experience in customer support, sales, and implementing consultant projects. Catharina later became a Product Manager and then Manager of the Analytics Strategy Team at SAS Institute, where they focused on sales, coaching analytical specialists, and creating tailored solutions for customers. In 2010, they joined Tele2 as the Head of Data Analysis in Customer Base Management, responsible for maximizing customer value through churn management and lifetime optimization. Catharina also served as an Interim Manager and Acting Director in various roles within Tele2. Currently, they work at Adage AB, helping companies improve their advanced analytics journey through developing strategies, data science projects, and building analytics capability.
Catharina Svenningstorp pursued their education at Linköping University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Mathematics. Catharina furthered their studies at Stockholm University from 1995 to 2003, focusing on Economics, Pharmacology, and Data Mining.
