Ilya Grigorov

Ilya Grigorov, PhD, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management at Adagio Medical Inc. since April 2021 and is the Managing Director at Rational Choices, Inc., a consultancy specializing in healthcare, MedTech, and scientific solutions, since May 2015. With extensive experience in the medical device industry, Ilya held senior roles at Beckman Coulter, where responsibilities included leading global strategy and marketing initiatives, as well as directing commercial strategy and marketing efforts. Previous positions include Senior Director of Marketing and Global Strategic Marketing at Endologix Inc. and various leadership roles at St. Jude Medical, focusing on emerging technologies and strategic product planning. Ilya's career began at Teledyne, involved in business development and product engineering for medical microsystems. Academic achievements include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a PhD in Physics from The Johns Hopkins University, and an MS in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
