Kevin Rupp

Kevin Rupp has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Kevin currently holds the position of Senior Director of R&D Engineering at Adagio Medical Inc., where they have been working since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of R&D Engineering and Senior Manager of R&D Engineering at the same company.

Before joining Adagio Medical Inc., Kevin worked at Edwards Lifesciences as a Principal R&D Engineer for Transcatheter Heart Valves from 2013 to 2017. Kevin also gained valuable experience at St. Jude Medical, where they held various roles including Principal Product Development Engineer, Senior Product Development Engineer, and Design Quality Engineer II in the Atrial Fibrillation Division from 2006 to 2013.

Kevin's career in the medical device industry began at CleanCut Technologies, LLC, where they worked as a Design Engineer I from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they interned as an R&D Engineering Intern at Biosense Webster in 2004. Kevin holds an MBA.

Kevin Rupp, MBA has a strong educational background highlighted by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Pepperdine University in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2004. Additionally, Kevin holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which they obtained from Edwards Lifesciences in November 2014. These academic achievements and certification demonstrate their dedication and expertise in both business and biomedical engineering fields.
