Kudah Mushambi is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO at Adaire since 2021, Kudah has previously held roles such as Consultant at Swiss Re and Chief Customer & Operations Officer at Haufe Group. Notably, Kudah was the Managing Director at Enviu and Chief Operating Officer at Financial Sector Deepening Kenya, where efforts focused on advancing digital innovations within the Kenyan financial sector. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Nomanini, alongside technical roles at Google, Microsoft Corporation, and TenFold Corporation. Kudah holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from London Business School and a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington.
