Phil Siudak

Phil Siudak is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Principal Co-Owner at MUSI Holdings Group since July 2020, Phil also co-founded MUSI Staffing and launched a new restaurant in the Gold Coast in spring 2021. As the Owner/Operator of Adalina Chicago, Phil continues to contribute to the culinary scene while previously holding notable positions such as Corporate General Manager at Gibsons Restaurant Group and Proprietor at SIVA Hospitality Group. Phil's career began at Chicago Cut Steakhouse as General Manager. Academic background includes an education from Carthage College.
