Daniel Delaney is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience at Adams & Company since May 2013, holding roles as Assistant Director of Construction, Construction Manager, and Construction Superintendent. In these positions, Daniel has managed over $175 million in capital improvement projects and tenant build-outs, overseeing all aspects of construction and ensuring projects meet budgetary requirements through effective job RFP management and value engineering. Earlier experience includes an internship in operations and management, where Daniel supervised building maintenance for 15 commercial properties in Manhattan, and an engineering internship focused on HVAC and electrical installations for high-rise buildings. Daniel is a graduate of Fordham Preparatory School, class of 2012.
