John Perlman is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience as President of ADAMS & COMPANY REAL ESTATE, INC since January 1983, overseeing diversified real estate acquisition, development, and management primarily for controlled partnerships, alongside brokerage work. Perlman is also a Partner managing a portfolio of approximately 2.8 million square feet of office space in fifteen buildings in midtown Manhattan. In addition to real estate, Perlman has held leadership roles in community service, including serving as Past President of Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta and as Chair of the Development Committee for the Historic Fourth Ward Park Conservancy, a role that contributed to the establishment of a significant park in Atlanta. Perlman began a career in asset management at NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY and holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from The Wharton School and a BBA with Highest Honors in Accounting from Emory University.
