Karina Jimenez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, event production, and women's entrepreneurship. As the Founding Partner and Creative Visionary at The Business of WE (Women Entrepreneurs) LLC since January 2016, Karina focuses on empowering women to achieve their professional and personal goals. In addition, as the Chief Event Officer at bluGarden Events, Karina oversees the planning and production of diverse events, enhancing them with creativity and meticulous attention to detail. Karina’s background in lease administration spans several years, including roles at Adams & Company Real Estate, Conway Stores, Inc., and Foot Locker, where responsibilities included drafting, negotiating, and managing various real estate agreements. Karina holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Political Science from Boston University.
