Michael Breunig

Michael Breunig, PMP, is an experienced property and project manager with a diverse background in construction and project management. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Adams & Company, Michael manages maintenance and construction for retail centers. Previous roles include Project Manager for an independent consultancy and Silverman Construction Program Management, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed major maintenance projects and construction phase services for various stakeholders. Michael has also held positions at Pond & Company and Rosser International, demonstrating expertise in project controls, technical support, and managing complex design and construction processes. Michael holds a BS in Information Technology with a focus on IT Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, along with technical writing certificates from Kennesaw State University.
