Tim Harris

Tim Harris is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in technical compliance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Adam Equipment since July 2023, Tim previously held the role of Technical & Compliance Manager at Shoal Group from November 2020 to July 2023. Before that, Tim managed operations at Cablecraft Ltd for 15 years, from November 2005 to November 2020. Tim holds a Master of Science degree in Management & Leadership from Cranfield School of Management, where studies were completed between September 2020 and September 2022.
