Joe Chen

Joe Chen has a diverse work experience, starting as a Wealth Management Intern at Newbridge Securities in 2011. Joe then worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Keane & Marlowe LLP, where they handled various administrative tasks and managed correspondence for two partners. In 2012, Joe became a Financial Analyst at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, focusing on financial analysis. Joe then joined Ralph Lauren as a Financial Analyst in 2014 before moving to Nine West Group as a Financial Analyst in 2015. In this role, they prepared financial statements and reports for different business segments. Joe then transitioned to Anne Klein in 2016 as a Senior Financial Analyst, leading forecast meetings and coordinating the annual budget process. Joe joined rag & bone in 2017, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst and later becoming the Manager of FP&A. In this position, they played a key role in the budgeting process and ad-hoc analyses across various functional areas. In 2019, Joe moved on to diptyque Paris as an Associate Director of FP&A, responsible for financial planning and analysis. Joe then joined DADA Daily in 2021 as the Director of Finance, overseeing financial operations. Currently, Joe serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Adam Lippes, a position they have held since 2022.

Joe Chen attended Rutgers University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
