Beth Alcock has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Beth started their career at SHS Sales & Marketing (GB) as a Customer Services Senior Team Leader, where they managed a department of 15 personnel and collaborated with managers to ensure quality customer care. Beth then moved on to Archway Recruitment as an Administration Assistant, where they provided a comprehensive admin service and interviewed potential candidates. After that, they joined Nelson Thornes as a Customer Support Team Leader, managing a team of up to 16 staff and handling high-profile accounts. Beth continued their customer service journey at Oxford University Press, where they served as a Customer Services Team Leader until their redundancy. Following this, they worked at Claranet as a Sales Support Supervisor, responsible for providing sales support. Currently, they are the Head Of Customer Support at Adam Matthew Digital Ltd.
Beth Alcock earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Exeter in the years 1996 to 1999. Beth later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History at the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2009.
